lol! The official Blogger Master Beta (love it!) is...well, a lot like the old Blogger. As in I can't really tell a difference. 'Cept I can see where to put tags at the bottom of my posts now. Woo-hoo--now I have to come up with a title AND tags. I may never blog again. ;-)
But seriously, I am going to have fun with those tags. :-D
What I cannot figure out (in the whole minute or two that I have looked at it) is how to make non-public posts, and if those posts will be non-googlable. Hmmm...
And as for why I did it: Because I am weird about things like that--they say they will eventually switch over all of Blogger and *make* everyone migrate, and I was afraid that if I didn't switch now, I would get too comfortable with the old way and not want to change later. So I basically wanted to get all the upheaval (of which there was none, but hey--there could have been) out of the way on my own terms, 'cos...well...I don't really know why. :-) One really good thing is the word verification crap has a whole lot less letters now.
My suggestion would be to do it. If you need the link thingy, it will pop up when you publish your blog (and you don't have to publish in Beta), and from there it was pretty easy.
And if you need a gmail account, let me know; I have like 12,000 invitations available at this point.

So, how is the master ... beta? *cringes whilst giggling, due to 12-year-old-ness*
But seriously, it seems everyone is converting to beta. What are the advantages of doing so? Am I missing out on something awesome?
